A rare and very well painted enamel wine ewer - with documentary decoration in Chinese taste possibly depicting the story of the Daoist Immortal Lu Dong Bin. This item was made circa 1740 during the reign of the Qianlong emperor.

Condition - there is an 18th Century iron replacement handle; there are surface marks and there are enamel losses around the finial on the cover( enlargement no.6) and to the tip of the spout (enlargement no.1). There is a 0.5cm impact enamel loss to the lower part of the back panel (please see enlargement no. 3).

稀有18世纪中期彩饰酒壶-乾隆

稀有且画工精良的酒壶,壶身饰人物故事纹,似道家神话人物吕洞宾。此品制于乾隆时期约1740-1750年间。
品相:壶柄为18世纪的铁质复制品,壶面有些污点,壶盖尖顶和流嘴尖有些许釉彩脱落(见放大图6及放大图1),壶后身下部有块约0.5cm的釉彩由于磕碰而缺失(见放大图3)。壶高13cm,长13cm。
