#0156 Large Chinese Dragon Dish - Qianlong Mark **Sold** through our Liverpool shop - April 08 利物浦店内售出 - 2008年4月

Only 1 left in stock

A rare large deep dish, of Imperial quality, very finely painted in shades of iron red depicting two five clawed dragons amongst clouds contesting a flaming pearl. There are two similarly painted five-clawed dragons, each in pursuit of a pearl, painted on the underside. The base carries the partly erased six character mark of the Qianlong Emperor but this item was probably made later, during the reign of the Guangxu Emperor (1875-1908).

Condition - excellent. There are no chips or cracks and there has been no restoration. There are three glaze blemishes to the clouds in the upper region of the dish the largest of which is above the head of the right hand dragon.

13.5 inches (34cm) diameter 2 inches (5cm) high.

品相:完好。无磕无冲,无修复。盘内上部云纹上有三处缺陷(小黑点),最大的一处出现在右侧龙纹之上。直径34厘米,高5厘米。
