An early 20th Century ostrich feather ladies fan with twenty faux tortoiseshell (plastic) sticks. This item was made in the first half of the 20th Century, probably circa 1920-1940.

Condition:  excellent, probably unused  -  some of the sticks still have their original tissue paper wraps.

38cm (15inches) across when extended.
